We want you to feel confident buying from Rhosen. Here's exactly how returns and refunds work.
30-Day Satisfaction Window If you're not satisfied with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery at [your support email] with your order number and the reason for your request.
For most items — no return shipping required For orders under $150, once your refund request is approved, we issue your refund directly — you do not need to ship the item back to us. This lets us process your refund faster and skip the wait for return shipping.
For higher-value items ($150+) Orders at or above $150 (such as our Air Compression Recovery System) are reviewed individually. We may request a photo of the issue or ask a few quick questions before approving the refund. We'll always respond within 2 business days.
Hygiene-sensitive items For hygiene reasons, our Sleep Mask + Cooling Gel Relief can only be returned or refunded if it is unused and in its original packaging. Once used, we're unable to accept a return, but we're still happy to help resolve any product issue or defect.
Damaged or defective items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo — we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, no questions asked.
Refund method and timing Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

- Items damaged from misuse, not manufacturing defects
- Requests made after the 30-day window
- Used hygiene items (see above), except in cases of defect
