Shipping Policy

Where we ship We currently ship to addresses within the United States (48 contiguous states). Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take longer than the estimates below. We don't offer international shipping yet.

Processing time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Delivery time Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5-7 business days. Delivery times can vary slightly by item and destination.

Shipping cost We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Order tracking As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package the whole way.

Delays Occasionally, factors outside our control (holidays, weather, carrier delays) can push delivery past the estimated window. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at med.merk@rhosensleep.com and we'll look into it right away.

Multiple items, multiple packages If you order more than one product, items may arrive in separate packages and on different days, since they ship from different fulfillment locations.
